TT Innovation and Technology Pte Ltd (TTIT) specializes in Homeland Security and Security Systems Integration since 2014. Every country and government agencies around the world are constantly looking at how and what can be done to deal with the growing threats of terrorism. Terrorism is real and is taking place in an unpredictable form and shape, staying vigilant and resilient as a nation is key to combat such incidents. Hence, with the most advanced technology and world-class homeland security products, TTIT sets out with a mission to combat terrorism and promote security.

The company has over 30 years of experience in security integration. Our core business is the provision of homeland security and system integration products to our customers.

After that, our services come in the form of installation, configuration, and post-sales maintenance and support to the customer.

Thomas Ting

Mr. Thomas Ting is a seasoned entrepreneur and community leader with over 37 years of experience in the security industry. He is the Honorary Treasurer of the 27th Executive Council of ASME, Director of SMECentre@ASME and has been actively engaged in various organizations, including the ITE Alumni Association, Singapore Children Society, Christ Church Secondary School Alumni and Sengkang North C2E. Mr. Ting had received several awards for his entrepreneurial achievements, including overall winner for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2005, the E50 award in 2004, and the Honouree SOE Award in 2022. He had successfully sold one of his companies [TJ Systems(s) Pte Ltd] to a listed group and currently owns a company in Hong Kong, with business connections in several countries in South East Asia. Mr. Ting is also a committee member of the Entrepreneur of the Year Award and Singapore Prestige Brand Award, and has taken multiple media interviews to discuss issues relevant to SMEs.

John Halinski

John Halinski is a seasoned security expert and business leader, currently serving as CEO Partner of S&R Investments LLC (SRI Group) and President/Owner of Raloid Corporation. He previously held various leadership roles at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), including Deputy Administrator, Assistant Administrator for Global Strategies, and Europe Area Manager. During his tenure at TSA, he oversaw international transportation security, led responses to global incidents, and developed strategies for Africa engagement and Open Skies agreements. Halinski also served 25 years in the Marine Corps, specializing in counterterrorism, counter-drugs, and counter-proliferation operations. He holds degrees from the University of Florida and National Intelligence University and is a graduate of TSA’s Senior Leadership Development Program and the Federal Executive Institute. Additionally, he serves on several advisory boards, including Marymount University’s Intelligence Studies Program and George Washington University’s Homeland Security program, and frequently contributes to media outlets as a security expert.

Kenneth Neo

Kenneth Neo is a seasoned business leader with a diverse portfolio of companies across manufacturing, precision engineering, aerospace, chemical plating, and more. He is the Managing Director of Advance Tech Automation, Hyflex Precision (M) Sdn Bhd, and Hyflex Technologies Sdn Bhd. Additionally, he has founded and invested in several other businesses, including International Seafood Trading, Clean Clan LLP (disinfectants), Bluebird LLP (alcohol products), Elite Aqua Pte Ltd (seafood wholesale and fish farming), and Le Butler (SG) Pte Ltd (food and beverages trading). Kenneth is also committed to giving back, having served as President of the ITE Alumni Association since 2009 and President of Quanzhou Youth Association contributing to charitable causes.

Oh Kar Chye

Oh Kar Chye is a seasoned security professional with a distinguished career spanning over three decades. Born in Penang, Malaysia, he joined the Singapore Police Force in 1971 and rose through the ranks to retire as Deputy Assistant Commissioner in 2007. During his police service, he held various command appointments, including Commander Security Command and Commander Tanglin Police Division, and was awarded the Public Administration Bronze Medal in 2001. He also attended the FBI Professional Training in Quantico, USA, and holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore. After retiring from the police force, he joined Resorts World Sentosa as Vice President of Security and helped establish its security system. In 2016, he became Director of Service and Business Development at a 3-star hotel in Karimun, Indonesia, which he co-manages with two partners.
